This is just the last part of a bigger article entitled Crisis WAF. Doping control – armsport-rus.ru │ Google Translate:

” I should say that the organization of doping control in WAF is a pretty dark story.

Understand how much really worth one sample, who collects the sample, whether the license WADA laboratories, which makes the analysis of whether all samples are given for validation, etc., is almost impossible.

Why in Brazil, America, Lithuania, all samples were clean, but at the same time in other championships caught dozens of offenders?

And what if, doping tests are not echoed in the laboratory for testing, and the money is safely written off? It may well be.

Who took the tests at the world championships in Lithuania? There is evidence that it was the doctors from Bulgaria. We have great faith in the objectivity of forthcoming research sample data! Indeed, in Bulgaria there is no WADA accredited laboratory! Whether the right to carry out sampling some doctors and transfer (where ?, in some lab?) These samples to others? ”
