John R Brzenk Shape is worse … I haven’t pulled hard since November … And the shock on my arm the three weeks leading up to it will be a challenge to say the least .. The good thing is the shoulder is a little stronger .
John R Brzenk My hope is that I will have enough to retain the top spot at 100 kg. Then I may retire so no one can take it away 🙂
John R Brzenk I don’t belong to a gym. I continued to do very light reps to rehab shoulder that’s it . In or out of shape my armwrestling stays pretty consistent … Getting pain free will be the key to any future success
