I asked the United States Armwrestling Association for the top 3 of the Overalls and this is the answer I received:
” The way we do a overall…..we start at the heaviest class and it is a single elimination finishing with the lightest. So for the heavyweight to win he has to beat everyone. Bottom line, there is no bracket or other placement other than the winner “
