” Lead to your information that the Azerbaijan Federation of Armwrestling assumes some obligations to the state for obtaining the permission on conducting of XXIV the championship of Europe. In the view of these obligations the federation first of all bears responsibility for safety of all participants in the championship, for providing of what so it will be enabled for some resources of power structures of the country. Related to this a number of requirements are put forward for us.One of these requirements is to clearly define the arrival and departure dates of participants, as well definition of a specific place of stay. Our federation bears full responsibility for the solution of all these and some other questions.Taking into account everything that stated above, Azerbaijan Armwrestling Federation signed the agreement with EAF.Proceeding from it all teams have to take place only in those hotels which are offered by our federation. And also, booking rooms in hotels should occur only by means the federation. Otherwise, the athletes placed at their discretion will not be registered on the competitions. “

Also I want to note that teams which in their country isn’t present the embassy of Azerbaijan Republic , will receive their visas at Heydar Aliyev’s international airport. in Azerbaijan”
