WAF EXECUTIVE BOARD DECISIONS

Due to violations of WAF Constitution, Rules, Congress decisions and Executive
Board decisions by International Armwrestling Federation for Disabled (IAFD),
Russian Armwrestling Association (RAA) and their leader Mr. Alexander Filimonov,
WAF Executive Board decided the following:

1. Give the status “Not in good Standing” according with WAF Constitution to
Russian Armwrestling Association (RAA). They cannot take part in the next
World Championship unless they pay the debts to WAF.

2. Confirm the status of “Not WAF member or partner” for International
Armwrestling Federation for Disabled (IAFD) until the next WAF Congress
where further actions will be taken.

3. Temporary suspend until the end of next WAF Championship in Malaysia, the
leader of those two organizations Mr. Alexander Filimonov and prohibit him
from any armwrestling activities under WAF and EAF umbrella.
