To competitions men and women at least 19 years, with the level of training is below the 1st sports category included in the national teams of the Russian Federation, past credentials committee, weighing and toss.

Team – no more than two people in each weight category for the national teams of the Russian Federation included in the C-CFO, C-FTRA, RFE. 6.Terms of summarizing
The winner in the individual competition in each weight category determined by the maximum amount of points in combating both the left and right hand.
Offset system: 1st place – 25 points, 2nd place – 17 points, 3rd place – 9 points, 4th place – 5 points 5th place – 3 points, 6th place – 2 points.
If the amount of points the two athletes are equal, preference is given to the athlete having a higher place on their opponent in the fight against this or that hand.
In determining the prizes in the team standings among teams of the Russian Federation – summed points corresponding to one the best result athlete in each weight category.
7.Rewarding
Participants who rank in the standings 1, 2 and 3 places in each weight category will be awarded with medals and diplomas of the Ministry of Sports of Russia.
Teams of the Russian Federation, won 1, 2 and 3 places in the team competition, awarded with cups and diplomas of the Ministry of Sports of Russia and PAA. 8.Financing terms
Expenditure on sending participants, heads of delegations, coaches, officials in the delegation to the event (travel, meals, accommodation) gives the commander of their organization. 9.Applications for participation
Preliminary application, signed by the head of the executive power of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports, should be directed to PAA by fax (495) 637-07-90 to 28 February 2014.
Official applications should be submitted to the Credentials Committee for the day before the competition.
Contestants must submit the credentials committee PASSPORT insurance contract (original) electronic passport PAA, book classification athlete and master of sport, master of sports of international class – identity.
Entry fee is set at 700 rubles for each athlete.
