Updated WAF Rules of Armwrestling

Important changes:
– 30″ instead of 60″ for competitors to arrive at the table
– 30″ instead of 60″ for competitors to grip up before referee’s grip
– Competitor’s can start a match in strap or in referee’s grip or in referee’s grip in the strap if both agree to do this
