  2. 2 Medium to Large Oranges
  3. 1 Avocado
  4. 100gr Pineapple (3 slices)
  5. 30gr Cranberries (Dried or Fresh depending on the season)

  7. 1 Teaspoon Curcumin (Turmeric)
