I noticed the elbow foul when I made the capture from the video. Dave Chaffee was clearly stronger, and I’m sure he wouldn’t have had a problem with restarting the match, if WAL referees (Bart Wood in this case) would be more careful at elbows.

Dave Chaffee is getting stronger with the left arm.
