I took the first 8 armwrestling tournaments from The Best Armwrestling Events of 2013, and added the newcomer WAL – World Armwrestling League.
Please try to vote based on the level of the strongest / best armwrestlers competing in the tournaments over the years. Keep in mind that you can choose multiple answers (choose multiple armwrestling tournaments / organizations), but only the first time you vote. UPDATE:

In the match between Krasimir Kostadinov and Andrei Chipreanov, the referees decided strap match after the slip out. Andrei Chipreanov didn’t want to come and pull in strap (because he considered that Krasimir Kostadinov was in losing position during the slip out), and as a result Andrei Chipreanov lost that match. Below you can see an image with the exact moment before the slip out:
