Iain Valliere broke his arm with a spiral-fracture (the length of the arm) while going against Devon Larratt in 2012. Devon was armwrestling about 100 people at a fitness convention in Ottawa, raising money / charity for a children’s hospital, Iain Valliere was no. 35 or something like that.
6 Weeks after the surgery, Iain Valliere made some x-rays and the bone was well fused so he started going back to the gym and just doing some light exercises, mainly machines.
