” Weight in information:
few days before event we will publish the list for the weight in (including time for weight in). All countries are requested to be ontime with full team for weight in. If there will be some persons missing – your weight in will be moved to the end of list.
there will be 1 control scale outside the weight-in room and 2 scales for weight control.
procedure should be like this:
1. entrance, passport checking
2. picture for IDs and for TV (in clothes)
3. undress time
4. weight control (2 scales avaiable)
— 4a. if your data and weight is correct and the same like in the registration – you will go to point 5
— 4b. if your weight is not correct you can go to lose weight or change data in our system (separated computer)
5. dress up time
6. collect your ID and go away. “

ok – all together will be about 33 or 34. Working together for all the multimedia, programs, draws, printings ect.

to make the championships 1 computer is enought. But to show who is going to complete on tables we need 1 comp per table (so we will get 8 tables and 8 computers). Additionally 2 big screens on the left and on the right to show the pairs, info ect its 11. One backup for secretary its 12. Next -> 2 servers, 2 multimedia, 1 secretary, 1 press… I can do it forever
for this moment we have about 60 refs registered online with the teams “
