This year Denis Cyplenkov was very busy and worked a lot. He started early and made the Christmas Tree on 13 December 2015 in the “100 Pounds” Fitness Club. 🙂

Here it is, Silushka Warriors! Good fellows easily lift weights, and are able to stop a galloping horse! There are also athletes in Russian villages! All this – the result of long training. On the day of Bogorodsky edge on the court near Noginsk Museum and Exhibition Center has gathered a large number of spectators, but to repeat the dangerous stunts dare not everyone! The club “100 pounds” has everything necessary for effective training: trainers, professional coaches, and most importantly – friendly atmosphere. And the most interesting, there has been world champion in arm wrestling Denis chicken, which is alwayswill help the council.
The members of the club “100 pounds” participate in competitions. For example, these girls will soon perform at the prestigious fitness tournament! We will be rooting for them! By reaching young professionals! There is much to learn!
The eye pleasing design of the room, the place is enough for everyone. The cozy cafe gather after school. Named Mike, awards famous athletes inspire feats.
Gym Club “100 pounds” has long been open. Now there is a record in the group sessions. There are children – different types of martial arts, gymnastics and fitness program for the young and older generation.
